CONNECTION VALIDITY OF SPEAK UP
You can use SPEAK UP services for a period of 12 months after its initial activation. After your credit runs out, you can still receive calls and short messages until expiration of the 12-month period.
Before, during and at the end of the call, special sound signals inform you if your credit is close to running out. More precisely, before a call is put through, you will be informed that the available time is 2 minutes or less.
During the call you will be informed by a sound signal that the available time is less than 1 minute. This sound signal is repeated when the remaining time is about 15 seconds. At the end of the call, a voice message will inform you about your account balance *. You will additionally receive a short message (SMS) if your account balance is under 100 denars.
*This specific feature is activated every time you make a call and the called party ends the conversation, when the number you are dialing is busy or when the called party rejects the call.
Every time you recharge your account with a voucher, you connection with the COSMOFON network is extended for 365 days.
The connection validity of the prepaid account recharged with COSMOCREDIT is extended depending on the recharged amount.

ATTENTION!
If 12 months go by without recharge, you lose the remaining credit and you can no longer make or receive calls. However, COSMOFON gives you the possibility to recharge within 1 month (30 days) from the expiration of the 12-month period i.e. reactivate your SPEAK UP Card.
The minimum recharged amount for reactivation of the SPEAK UP Card is 300 denars. If the 13-month period passes without recharge, your number is automatically unsubscribed and your connection with the COSMOFON network is terminated.
