TARIFF PLAN CHANGE AND STATUS CHECK

You can switch between tariff plans and check the status by:

• calling to 141 100 (free of charge)
• sending free SMS to 124
• to switch to SPEAK UP WEEKEND send SMS with text: TM SW
• to switch to COSMOCARD send SMS with text: TM CC
• to switch to COSMOCARD TOP send SMS with text: TM TOP
• to switch to SPEAК UP send SMS with text: TM SU
• to check which tariff plan you currently using, send a SMS with text: TM Status
• visiting COSMOFON sales points*
• calling the Customer Care Center at 124 from your phone or +389 75 120 124 from the other networks*

*to switch between tariff plans or check the status in one of COSMOFON's sales points or the Customer Care Centre you need to know your user code, written on the SIM Card wrapping

Important!
You can switch from one tariff plan to another only once in a calendar month. Switching to another tariff plan can be done in the month of activation.
