By dialing 1221 free of charge from your mobile phone you access the SPEAK UP prepaid menu, whose features allow you to:

• Check your account balance (option 1)
• Recharge your SPEAK UP account (option 2)
• Change the menu language (option 3)
• Activate Your World service and change your favorite numbers (option 4)
• Contact the Customer Care Center (option 0)

You can recharge the account of any SPEAK UP number by dialing 075 12 1221 from any national network.
