HOW TO RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT
There are two ways to recharge your account:
1. With a recharge card - voucher
There are four types of recharge cards: vouchers of 100 denars, 250 denars and 500 denars and a 1000 denars voucher, with 100 denars free talk time.
Once you've purchased the voucher, call 1221 free of charge from your mobile phone or 075 12 1221 from the fixed network. Following the instructions on the back of the voucher, enter the 12-digit code , adding # at the end (for instance, 111122223333#). This way, the voucher value is added to your existing account balance and the connection validity of your SPEAK UP Card is changed.
ATTENTION!!
If you enter a wrong 12-digit code 3 times in a row within 24 hours, you lose the right to recharge your account in the next 24 hours. However, you can recharge from another phone or dial 124 for assistance.
2. Recharge through COSMOCREDIT - the service for electronic account recharge
The COSMOCREDIT service enables you to choose the amount of credit you want to add to your or someone else's account
Simply visit one of the sales points labeled with the COSMOCREDIT logo, state the telephone number of the account you want to recharge and the amount of credit. You will receive the requested credit within minutes.After the recharge, you will be informed via SMS about the recharged amount. For each recharge with 1000 denars or more, you receive free talk time that amounts to 10% of the recharged amount with COSMOCREDIT.
The minimum amount you can add to an account is 100 denars.
HOW TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE
By calling 1221 free of charge from your mobile phone at any time, you can get information about your current account balance, the date your connection with the COSMOFON network expires and the cost of your last call.
