HOW TO ACTIVATE SPEAK UP FOR THE FIRST TIME

The activation of your mobile phone and SPEAK UP SIM Card is simple.

• Insert the SPEAK UP SIM Card in your handset, following the instructions given by the handset manufacturer and switch on the phone by pressing the ON/OFF button for a few seconds
• Enter the 4-digit code PIN 1,written at the back of your SPEAK UP SIM Card and press ОК or #
• If the battery is charged, an indicator that you are within the COSMOFON network will appear on your handset display
• Finally, dial any number*. Once you have dialed the number, you will hear a recorded message welcoming you to COSMOFON’s prepaid telephony. In order to complete the activation of SPEAK UP SIM Card, you must listen to the entire message, after which the selected number will be dialed immediately. Your SPEAK UP SIM Card will be activated, regardless of whether your call was successful or not.

*Applies to all numbers, except charge-free numbers (e.g. Medical Emergency - 194)

After the activation has been completed, please call the Customer Care Center at 124 from your mobile phone and leave your personal info, if you haven't done that already. It will facilitate the future use of some important services.
